Kitch – Taitu’uga

Over the past 18 years, KITCH has performed in creative collaborations across Australia, and Canada. Beginning his career as a Beat Boxer, he has now evolved through Dance Music to EDM through to his cultural expression as a Samoan creative.

Strong in his Samoan culture and language, KITCH (Taitu’uga) is now a Talking High Chief (Tulafale alii) for his village, Sapunaoa falealili in Samoa, whilst living in Brisbane where he weaves cultural stories, neuroscience, mythological story telling through meditation and music. He also explores a fresh fusion of electronic dance music (EDM), hip hop, reggae, funk, beatbox loop machine and traditional instruments in his new shows with his band.
